The HEM-7121J Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor intended for adult users and home BP measurement. It uses the oscillometric method and automatically controls cuff inflation and pressure release, making measurement simple and convenient.

The device incorporates IntelliSense technology, which automatically determines the appropriate inflation level for measurement. A cuff-wrapping guide helps users position the arm cuff correctly, while irregular-heartbeat detection provides an indication when an irregular heartbeat is detected during measurement.

The supplied medium arm cuff is suitable for an upper-arm circumference of 22–32 cm. The monitor stores the last measurement, making it possible to review the most recent reading. It operates using four AA batteries and can provide approximately 1,000 measurements when new alkaline batteries are used.
