The EC 9009 Digital Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic upper-arm device intended for simple and convenient blood pressure measurement. The monitor displays systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse rate, date and time on its large LCD screen.
The device supports two user modes, with storage for up to 50 readings per user (2 × 50 total), allowing separate measurement histories for two users. It also provides an irregular heartbeat (IHB) indication and uses the oscillometric method for measurement.
Automatic start/stop controls make operation straightforward, while the supplied arm cuff, carry pouch and batteries make the unit suitable for regular home use. Available specifications list a blood-pressure measurement range of 0–300 mmHg and a pulse range of 40–180 beats/minute.
